Ben Brown

Ben Brown is a sound practitioner, visual artist, and New York State-licensed massage therapist whose work resides at the intersection of art, healing, and ancestral resonance. Blending vibrational sound, visual expression, and conscious experiences, Ben creates immersive offerings that provide refuge from social-emotional isolation and invite the mind and body into deeper states of presence, spaciousness, and awareness.

Guided by the belief that sound art unites inner wisdom and collective memory, Ben crafts listening environments emphasizing the felt sense of vibration and its capacity to recalibrate consciousness and the nervous system. His method explores how frequencies and our senses reconnect us to intuition and the ancient knowledge embedded in our bodies.

He has facilitated transformative sound studies for businesses and organizations, including Christie's, Vassar College, Lululemon, Columbia University, Innisfree Garden, Origins, Dharmakaya Center for Well-Being, Brooklyn Music School, Ben Lomond Quaker Center, You Can Thrive, and the Policy Center. He offers virtual and in-person sessions in New York City and the Hudson Valley, weaving art and care into each unique encounter.
