Nestled in the Catskill mountains, Menla’s 330 acres of pristine forest and fresh mountain air make it the perfect space for deep transformation and connection.

Millions of years ago a half-mile-wide meteor crashed into the land Menla sits upon, creating the oldest known meteor impact crater on Earth.

The bottom of the crater is approximately 1.5 to 2 miles beneath the surface of the earth, and due to the lack of solid bedrock, the gravitational field is 0.2% less than in the surrounding areas.

For centuries, people have honored this valley as sacred ground, a place for ceremony, spirit, and connection.

On site at Menla is the amazing Dewa Spa, offering a wide range of Eastern & Western spa treatments featuring the Tibetan KuNye massage (one of the few places in the west you can experience this!) as well as personalized wellbeing massages, Ayurveda, acupuncture, reflexology, herbal baths, energy healing, customized facials, sound therapy, intuitive readings, as well as saunas and steam rooms to stimulate and detoxify your system.

Located right in front of the spa, the Sapphire Outdoor Pool offers a perfect place to relax in the sun or swim in the cool waters on a hot day between offerings or your spa treatment. Enjoy open views of the sky and surrounding mountains, with trees and flowers all around you.
