Sheniqua Trotman is a professional singer, song leader, and the founder of Elevated Expression, a community singing and vocal wellness practice that helps people reconnect with themselves through voice, breath, rhythm, and joyful expression. With over 15 years of experience as a performer and facilitator, she creates welcoming spaces where people of all musical backgrounds can experience the healing power of singing together.
Drawing from community singing, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and vocal empowerment, Sheniqua's work invites participants to move beyond perfection and into authentic expression.
