Weave the Path Psychotherapy
Weave The Path Psychotherapy was born from a dream and a deep belief that healing is an act of collective liberation. Founded by Christina (she/her), the practice offers a depth-oriented, neurodivergent-affirming space for adults to unmask the versions of themselves shaped by the world’s expectations. Christina leads with the conviction that therapy is inherently political. She believes that a genuine, relational alliance, often seasoned with a bit of whimsy and humor, is the foundation for true transformation.
Drawing from over a decade of clinical leadership in New York City before relocating to East Nashville, Christina specializes in the intersection of late-diagnosed neurodivergence (ADHD), complex family patterns, and weight-neutral healing. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, she helps clients move away from shame-based productivity and diet culture. Her goal is to guide clients toward a life that honors their actual capacity and body autonomy.
At the heart of Weave The Path is a commitment to social justice. The practice operates on a regional fee structure to ensure accessibility and donates a portion of every session fee to rotating organizations, such as the East Nashville Care Market.
An Aries/Taurus cusp, eldest daughter, and late-diagnosed ADHDer herself, Christina’s work is rooted in her own journey through chronic illness and a deep reconnection to the natural world. When she isn’t walking alongside clients, you can find her reading tarot, practicing aerial yoga, or tending to her garden in East Nashville alongside her husband and two rescue pitties.
